This policy follows the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data processed

When you visit this website, technically necessary server log data is processed (shortened IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent). It serves operation and security and is deleted after 30 days.

If you complete a form or book an appointment, we process the contact details you provide solely to answer your enquiry.

Cookies, statistics and marketing

Statistics and marketing services only load after your explicit consent. Where consent is given we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity; for campaign measurement additionally Google Ads and Meta. This is governed by Google Consent Mode v2. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

AI assistant on this website

This website offers an AI assistant that answers questions based on the publicly available content of this site. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person; we state this explicitly in the chat window (Art. 50 EU AI Act). Your input is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to produce an answer. We do not store chat histories in personally identifiable form and ask you not to enter personal data. Use is voluntary; the assistant only loads when you open it.

Appointment booking

We use the Google Calendar appointment scheduler for bookings. It only loads after your consent. Data may be transmitted to Google in the process.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact office@tourismusconsult.ch.

This privacy policy describes the technical implementation on this website. It does not replace a legal review and must be approved by Tourismusconsult GmbH's legal advisers before publication.
