No. We set up an existing platform for your business and create access, roles and storage. The platform licence is billed separately.
Before setting anything up we agree with you which content belongs in the environment. Personal guest data does not, unless a separate legal basis has been agreed. What we recommend in a given case we clarify with you and, where needed, with your legal adviser.
The roadmap from AI Start already lists quick wins that can be put in place within the first four weeks without IT effort – such as draft replies to guest enquiries. Larger applications with system connections follow step by step in AI Implementation.
